This document makes available to third-party users the Regulation on the terms and conditions of use of the site dorelaiepan.com. It is a site that aims to give you access to courses, workshops, informative materials and books in the field of relationships.
The website dorelaiepan.com (hereinafter “the Site”) is owned by Iepan Dorela, based in Pozzuolo del Friuli (UD), Via Della Statua n. 13, Italy, registered with VAT number (Partita IVA) 03186220301.
Using this website (including accessing, browsing and purchasing products from this website) constitutes an implicit agreement to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document with all effects and the consequences arising from it. We recommend reading them carefully.
The site administrator reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time, without prior notice to the people who use it, hereinafter referred to as “Users”. Users have permanent access to the terms and conditions of use of products and services, to be able to consult them at any time.
Seller – Iepan Dorela, based in Pozzuolo del Friuli (UD), Via Della Statua n. 13, Italy, registered with VAT number (Partita IVA) 03186220301.
Buyer – person / legal person or any legal entity that creates an Account on the Site and places an Order.
Client – natural person / legal person who has or obtains access to the Content, through any means of communication made available by DORELA IEPAN (electronic, telephone, etc.) or based on an existing user agreement between DORELA IEPAN and this and which requires the creation and use of an ACCOUNT.
User – any natural / legal person registered on the Site, who, by completing the Account creation process, has agreed to regarding the site-specific clauses in the General Terms and Conditions section.
Account – the section of the Site consisting of an e-mail address and a password that allows the Buyer to submit the Order and contains information about Customer / Buyer and the history of the Buyer on the Site (Orders, tax invoices, etc.).
Wishlist – the web page where the Buyer / User can add products that they consider to be preferred and which they can subsequently add to shopping cart (“my cart”). Lists can be:
Public: any Customer / Buyer / User can view the Buyer / User List if he has shared it on social networks or if they access the public profile of the Buyer / User on the Site. The lists are public, and the Buyer / User has the possibility to set them as private at any time, directly from his Account, the Favorites section.
Private: they can only be viewed by the Account holder. The Buyer / User has the possibility to set them as public at any time, directly from his Account, Favorites section.
Site – domain www.dorelaiepan.com.
Order – an electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer through which the Buyer conveys to the Seller, through the Website, the intention to purchase products and services from the Site.
Goods and Services – any product or service, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order, to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer as a result of the concluded Contract.
Contract – represents the remote contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Buyer. The Purchaser’s order supersedes the Contract.

all information on the Site that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed through the use of electronic equipment;
the content of any email sent to Buyers by the Seller by electronic means and / or any other available means of communication;
any information communicated by any means by an employee / collaborator of the Seller, the Buyer, according to the contact information, specified or not by him;
information related to the Goods and / or Services and / or the rates charged by the Seller in a certain period;
Commentary – appreciation or observation with a critical purpose, on the side of a Review or another comment.
Question – the form of addressing other Users/Clients/Buyers in order to obtain information about the products or services on that page.
Answer – written information that is sent to the User/Client/Buyer who asked a Question on the Site, on the page of a specific product. The answer is an explanation provided by a User/Customer/Buyer to another User/Customer/Buyer in a discussion.
Document – these Terms and Conditions.
Newsletter – periodical means of information, exclusively electronic, respectively electronic mail (e-mail, SMS) on Goods and Services and/or of the promotions carried out by the Seller in a certain period, without any commitment from the Seller with reference to the information it contains.
Transaction – collection or reimbursement of an amount resulting from the sale of a Good and/or Service by Dorela Iepan to the Buyer, by using the services of the payment processor agreed by the Seller.
Specifications – all specifications and/or descriptions of the Goods and Services as specified in their description.
By registering an Order on the Site, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller conducts its commercial operations.
The notification received by the Buyer after placing the Order is for information and does not represent the acceptance of the Order. This notification is made electronically (e-mail) or by telephone.
For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of Goods and/or Services in the Order. If it changes the amount of Goods and/or Services in the Order, it will notify the Buyer at the e-mail address or phone number provided to the Seller when placing the Order and will return the amount paid, if there is a difference in favor of the Buyer.
The contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer at the moment the Seller confirms the payment for the products or services ordered by the Buyer.
The document and information made available by the Seller on the Site will form the basis of the Contract for the purchased Goods and Services.
By placing the Order and making the payment, the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions. For individual sessions, coaching and programs, the Buyer also accepts the service agreement (by ticking the acceptance boxes or by written confirmation), which applies together with these Terms and Conditions.
DORELA IEPAN reserves the right to select its customers. Products and services sold through dorelaiepan.com are offered with an invoice sent by email according to the legislation in force.
Products and services are offered in compliance with the provisions of this document and within the limits of availability. For this reason, DORELA IEPAN assumes the right not to honor a certain order in case that product or service is no longer found in its current offer.
Prices shown are final: the Seller is not a VAT payer and does not charge VAT. The price printed on the invoice will be the same as that established at the time of order confirmation as a firm order, or, in the case of orders with online payment directly by card, this price will be the one published on the website at the time of purchase.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may have the wrong prices on the site, erroneously determined by our IT application.
Under these conditions, the final price accepted by the customer by making the payment is always considered.
If the actual price of the product is higher than the price displayed on the website, our sales consultants are entitled to satisfy your request at the price published on the website, only to the extent that we will be able to do so, as you are also entitled to refuse that order. If the actual price is lower than the price published on the website, and you have paid the price in advance, the difference will be returned to you as mutually agreed, but not later than 30 days from the date of the payment.
DORELA IEPAN does not provide any guarantee, either expressly or implicitly, regarding including, but not limited to, the operation of this website, the information, the correctness of descriptions, updating of content, products on the site as well as their suitability for a specific purpose, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
The user expressly agrees that the use of this site and the purchase of related products or services is at his own risk, the only exception being the obligation of DORELA IEPAN to grant users the right to unilaterally terminate the contract according to the legislation in force, as detailed below in this document. The images and descriptions published on the website are for presentation purposes.
The Customer / Buyer can place Orders on the Website by adding the desired Goods and/or Services to the shopping cart and then finalizing the Order by making payment through one of the expressly indicated methods. Once added to the shopping cart, a product is available for purchase as long as it is available. Adding a product to the shopping cart without completing the Order does not result in the registration of an order, and therefore, no automatic reservation of the product.
By finalizing the Order, the Buyer consents that all data provided by them, necessary for the purchase process, is correct, complete, and true at the time of placing the Order. The Buyer consents to the Seller contacting them by any means available/agreed upon by the Seller in any situation where contacting the Buyer is necessary.
The Seller may cancel the Order placed by the Buyer following prior notification to the Buyer, without any further obligation to either party, and without either party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Buyer’s card transaction in the case of online payment;
invalidation of the transaction by the payment processor agreed upon by the Seller in the case of online payment;
data provided by the Client / Buyer on the Site is incomplete and/or incorrect;
For digital products and services (subscriptions, webinars, video modules, workshops, e-books, audio materials, individual sessions), the Buyer may withdraw within 14 calendar days of the order, as explained in the section Withdrawal and refunds. The right of withdrawal is lost once the supply of the digital content or the performance of the service has started with the Buyer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement. For more details on online or on-site workshops, the refund is made according to the conditions in the same section.
In accordance with the law, contracts for the provision of services are excluded from the right of withdrawal after the complete provision of the services if the execution has begun with the prior express agreement of the consumer and after the consumer has confirmed that they are aware that they will lose the right of withdrawal after the complete execution of the contract by the professional.
If the courses you have enrolled in have not started, or if you have purchased a package of courses from which only part of the courses have been conducted, and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your unequivocal intention by email at [email protected]. Please provide us with your complete details, the courses you wish to withdraw from, and their respective prices. Additionally, if you choose the reimbursement method for the amount paid into your account, please provide the necessary bank details.
In the shortest time possible, you will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal request via email. The withdrawal request will be accepted if you adhere to a period of 14 calendar days from the registration date, and if the withdrawal request is communicated at least 48 hours before the start of the course you intend to withdraw from.
For courses purchased on the website, delivery consists of receiving an email notification confirming the purchase, shortly (maximum 1 hour) after the payment is registered. Please check your email, including the Spam/Junk/Promotions folder.
The link to access the course, along with login details for course participation and additional information required for access, will be sent via email at least 4 hours before the scheduled course date. For pre-recorded courses, access to materials is immediate upon payment for the specified course duration.
DORELA IEPAN reserves the right to confirm orders before fulfilling them by contacting customers.
DORELA IEPAN reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries or access if they cannot be fulfilled for independent reasons, including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events according to the applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, the maximum value of damages that can be paid by DORELA IEPAN to any customer in the case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the value of the amount collected by DORELA IEPAN from that customer.
The courses available through the website are detailed on the site. All information related to the course, such as price, location, and instructors, can be accessed by selecting the desired course.
To enroll in the available courses, please select the course you wish to participate in by clicking the “Enroll in Course” button next to each course. After clicking the enrollment button, you will need to go through all the steps indicated on the site and correctly fill in all the information and data requested in the open windows.
The enrollment will be considered completed upon your full payment of the desired course price through one of the payment methods presented on the site.
Please note that for enrollment in selected courses, you are obligated to provide valid and correct data. You are fully responsible for keeping safe any information regarding course registration and for any operation and/or payment made by you using the site.
At the same time, by enrolling in the course, you expressly consent that DORELA IEPAN may contact you by any available means to transmit any details regarding the selected course.
The price, payment method, and payment term are specified in each Order. Prices are expressed in EURO and are displayed on the site next to each product.
Payment for products and services ordered from the dorelaiepan.com website can be made by card payment (Stripe), by PayPal or in advance by bank transfer, following the payment steps and instructions provided during the payment process.
Payment for membership-type subscriptions is made in full for the subscription period, prior to access, by card payment, PayPal or bank transfer, according to the details in the offer. In the case of payment by bank transfer, access will be granted only after the corresponding amount is received into our bank account.
We inform you that we are not responsible for the incorrect processing of payments. We are not responsible for errors recorded through the payment system, including but not limited to losses you may suffer using the card payment system, to the extent permitted by law.
Payments made through the site, strictly for the payment of accessed services, are conducted under secure conditions, following the security policies implemented by the payment service providers. To learn about the privacy policy of the payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), please consult it on their websites.
The Seller will issue an invoice to the Buyer for the Goods and Services delivered, and the Buyer is obligated to provide all the necessary information for issuing the invoice in accordance with the current legislation.
For proper communication of the invoice related to the Order, the Buyer has the obligation to update, whenever necessary, the data in their Account and to access the information and documents related to each Order, available in the Account.
By placing the Order, the Buyer expresses their agreement to receive invoices in electronic format by adding them by DORELA IEPAN to their Account via email, at the email address mentioned in their Account.
When making a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method does not work, and you still receive access to the enrolled course, you agree to pay the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of receiving the notification from us. We reserve the right to deactivate access to any course for which we have not received the corresponding payment.
The payment card details of the Client/User/Buyer will not be accessible to DORELA IEPAN and will not be stored by DORELA IEPAN, but only by the Transaction authorization institution, the identity of which the Client/User/Buyer will be informed about before entering the data.
The Seller will send the Buyer the invoice for the Order containing Goods and/or Services sold by DORELA IEPAN.
For advance payment, proof of payment must be sent to Dorela Iepan at the email address [email protected]. In the case of advance payment, access will be granted only after the money has been received into the DORELA IEPAN account.
The ordered products and services must be paid in full; otherwise, access will not be granted. DORELA IEPAN reserves the right to request payment in advance in certain cases.
For security reasons of the Transactions, the Client/User/Buyer is advised not to remain logged into the Site and not to set the automatic login option on mobile devices. Disclosing the access password to the account is not allowed, and using a strong security password is recommended (e.g., containing at least eight characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).
The entire content of the dorelaiepan.com website – images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphic elements, emails, scripts, programs, and other data are the property of DORELA IEPAN and its providers and are protected by copyright and by the laws regarding intellectual and industrial property. Use of any of the elements mentioned above without the consent of DORELA IEPAN is punishable according to the current legislation. The use of the dorelaiepan.com website is allowed only within the limits specified in this document.
The Administrator guarantees the user limited access, for personal interest (placing online orders, information), on the dorelaiepan.com website and does not grant the right to download or partially or entirely modify the website, reproduce or copy the website, sell/resell, or exploit the website in any other way, for commercial purposes or contrary to the interests of Iepan Dorela without its prior written consent.
You also agree not to affect or interfere in any way with the security elements of the website, with elements that prevent or restrict the use, copying of content, or elements that reinforce the usage limits of the website or its content.
The Administrator makes permanent efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information on the site, but sometimes they may contain inadvertencies (specifications or prices changed without notice or affected by operating errors).
The right to create a web link – link – to dorelaiepan.com is limited, non-exclusive, and revocable and is granted as long as it does not cause any inconvenience of any kind to DORELA IEPAN or any of our partners, only after obtaining our written or email consent.
The Client/Buyer is not allowed to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and/or otherwise alter, use, link to, display, include any Content in any other context than the one originally intended by DORELA IEPAN.
The Client/Buyer may copy, transfer, and/or use the Content only for personal or non-commercial purposes, only if they do not conflict with the provisions of this Document.
No Content transmitted to the Client or Buyer, by any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or acquired by them through access, visit, and/or viewing constitutes a contractual obligation from DORELA IEPAN and/or its employee who mediated the transfer of Content, if such exists, regarding that Content.
Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Document or the accompanying terms of use, if any, is prohibited.
In order to access and use certain sections of the website, it may be necessary to create a personal account. By this, you declare that you fully assume responsibility for all and any activities carried out through the account you open on the site, and, consequently, we advise you to ensure the security of your account password or other access data. In case the security of your account is compromised, you must immediately notify the administrator of the site at [email protected]. Dorela Iepan is not responsible for any damages caused to you or to third parties of any kind through the unauthorized use of the account.
Access to place an Order is allowed to any Customer/Buyer. For justified reasons, DORELA IEPAN reserves the right to restrict the access of the Customer/Buyer to place an Order and/or to some of the accepted payment methods if it considers that, based on the conduct or activity of the Customer/Buyer on the Site, their actions could prejudice DORELA IEPAN in any way. In any of these cases, the Customer/Buyer can contact DORELA IEPAN to be informed about the reasons that led to the application of the aforementioned measures.
Communication with the Seller can be done through direct interaction with the Seller or through the addresses mentioned in the “contact” section of the Site. The Seller has the freedom to manage the received information without being required to provide justifications for this.
DORELA IEPAN may publish on the Site information about Goods and/or Services and/or promotions practiced by it for a certain period of time and within the limit of availability.
All fees related to Goods and/or Services presented on the Site are expressed in EURO and are final prices (the Seller does not charge VAT).
In the case of online payments, the Seller is not/cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Buyer, including, but not limited to, currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of their card, in case its currency differs from EURO. The responsibility for this action lies solely with the Buyer.
All information used to describe Goods and/or Services available on the Site (static/dynamic images, multimedia presentations, etc.) does not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller; they are used exclusively for presentation purposes.
Session Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time and ensure efficient scheduling, please keep in mind the following:
All sessions that are not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time will be considered as used.
For sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, I will conduct a remote session using the Emotion Code method. After the session, I will provide you with details about the process and the results obtained.
This policy is necessary due to a very full agenda. Last-minute cancellations do not allow other clients to benefit from that time to work with me. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
The services offered by Dorela Iepan are personal development and emotional and energetic well-being services. They are not a medical act, psychotherapy, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace the consultation, treatment or medication recommended by a doctor or psychologist.

Users/ Clients/ Buyers submitting Reviews that include photo or video files must adhere to the following rules:
Uploaded files should contain images and/or videos related to the product or service for which the review is written, ensuring that the uploaded files respect copyright;
Uploaded files should not contain violence, adult content, offensive language, or any content that offends an individual or group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or political affiliation;

Your dissatisfaction will be recorded, and you will receive a written response to the email address provided when expressing your dissatisfaction, within a maximum of 30 days.
We invite you to contact us first, so that we can solve the situation together. This does not limit your right to leave honest reviews or to contact the competent authorities.
We recommend filing any complaint within one month from the date of the complained situation, without prejudice to your legal rights.
Digital products and services are provided as described on the Site. The legal guarantee of conformity provided by the consumer protection legislation applicable to digital content and services is not excluded by these Terms and Conditions.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, by written notice sent to [email protected].
If you expressly ask for the service to start before the 14 days expire and later withdraw, you will pay an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the time of the notice.
After a service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost if performance began with your prior express consent and you confirmed that you are aware of losing the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.
For digital content delivered immediately (access to audio, video, applications or recorded courses), the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins, if you gave your express consent and confirmed it. This consent is requested during the order process.
In case of a valid withdrawal, DORELA IEPAN will refund the amounts due within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the notice, using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise.
For workshops and courses that have not started, withdrawal is handled as described in the section Order.
The book “The Perfect Relationship” and its translations are not sold directly on dorelaiepan.com. We recommend purchasing them from Amazon, under Amazon’s own terms of sale, delivery and returns.
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any damages that the Buyer or any third party may suffer as a result of the Seller fulfilling any of its obligations according to the Order and for damages resulting from the use of Goods and Services after delivery, especially for their loss. This does not limit the Seller’s liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
By creating and using the Account, the Customer/User/Buyer assumes responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account data (username and password) and for managing access to the Account, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is responsible for the activity carried out through their Account.
By creating the Account and/or using the Content and/or placing Orders, the Customer/User/Buyer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Site in the latest updated version communicated within the Site, existing at the date of creating the Account and/or using the Content and/or at the date of placing the Order.
The Terms and Conditions of the Site can be modified at any time by DORELA IEPAN, and these are opposable to Customers/Users/Buyers from the date of display in the Online Store. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Site is confirmed by checking the corresponding checkbox on the Site and/or by submitting the Order and/or by making an online payment.
The website dorelaiepan.com is hosted on the servers of a third-party company. DORELA IEPAN cannot be held responsible for any errors on the site, regardless of the reasons for their occurrence, including changes to the site, settings, or updates to scheduled scripts. DORELA IEPAN cannot be held responsible for errors that occur due to the use of certain browsers to visit the site dorelaiepan.com.
DORELA IEPAN is not responsible for the content, quality, or nature of the sites reached through links on the dorelaiepan.com site.
For these respective sites, the full responsibility lies with the owners of the respective sites.
None of the parties shall be responsible for the non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance, on time and/or properly, in whole or in part, is due to an event of force majeure. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties, and which cannot be avoided.
If, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of its occurrence, the respective event does not cease, each party shall have the right to notify the other party of the automatic termination of the Contract, without either of them being able to claim any further damages.
This Contract is governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising between DORELA IEPAN and Clients / Buyers will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent court of Udine (Italy), without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence where mandatory law grants this right.
Any other issue caused by the products and services presented on dorelaiepan.com and not already addressed by any article in this document will be resolved amicably within 30 working days from the written notification of the issues by the User.
In case the conflict has not been settled amicably, jurisdiction belongs to the competent court of Udine (Italy) or an alternative dispute resolution body agreed upon by both parties, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory rights. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of using the dorelaiepan.com website, the customer fully assumes the consequences arising from the use of the site under these conditions.
