Buyer – person / legal person or any legal entity that creates an Account on the Site and places an Order.
Client – natural person / legal person who has or obtains access to the Content, through any means of communication made available by DORELA IEPAN (electronic, telephone, etc.) or based on an existing user agreement between DORELA IEPAN and this and which requires the creation and use of an ACCOUNT.
User – any natural / legal person registered on the Site, who, by completing the Account creation process, has agreed to regarding the site-specific clauses in the General Terms and Conditions section.
Account – the section of the Site consisting of an e-mail address and a password that allows the Buyer to submit the Order and contains information about Customer / Buyer and the history of the Buyer on the Site (Orders, tax invoices, guarantees Goods, etc.).
Wishlist – the web page where the Buyer / User can add Goods that they consider to be preferred and which they can subsequently add to shopping cart (“my cart”).
Lists can be:
– Public: any Customer / Buyer / User can view the Buyer / User List if he has shared it on social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Google+ ) or if they access the public profile of the Buyer / User on the Site. The lists are public, and the Buyer / User has the possibility to set them as private at any time, directly from his Account, the Favorites section.
– Private: they can only be viewed by the Account holder. The Buyer / User has the possibility to set them as public at any time, directly from his Account, Favorites section.

Order – an electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer through which the Buyer conveys to the Seller, through the Website, the intention to purchase Goods and Services from the Site.
Goods and Services – any product or service, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order, to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer as a result of the concluded Contract.
Contract – represents the remote contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Buyer. The Purchaser’s order supersedes the Contract.

Question – the form of addressing other Users/Clients/Buyers in order to obtain information about the products or services on that page.

Newsletter – periodical means of information, exclusively electronic, respectively electronic mail (e-mail, SMS) on Goods and Services and/or of the promotions carried out by the Seller in a certain period, without any commitment from the Seller with reference to the information it Contains.
Transaction – collection or reimbursement of an amount resulting from the sale of a Good and/or Service by Dorela Iepan., to the Buyer, by using the services of the card processor agreed by the Seller, regardless of the method of delivery.
Specifications – all specifications and/or descriptions of the Goods and Services as specified in their description.
By registering an Order on the Site, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller conducts its commercial operations.
The notification received by the Buyer after placing the Order is for information and does not represent the acceptance of the Order. This notification is made electronically (e-mail) or by telephone.
For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of Goods and/or Services in the Order. If it changes the amount of Goods and/or Services in the Order, it will notify the Buyer at the e-mail address or phone number provided to the Seller when placing the Order and will return the amount paid, if there is a difference in favor of the Buyer.
The contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer at the moment of receipt of the products ordered by the Buyer from the Seller.
The document and information made available by the Seller on the Site will form the basis of the Contract for the purchased Goods.
DORELA IEPAN reserves the right to select its customers. Products sold through dorelaiepan.com are new and at the time of the order the tax invoice/tax receipt is sent by email according to the legislation in force.
Products and services are offered in compliance with the provisions of this document and within the limits of available stock. For this reason, DORELA IEPAN assumes the right not to honor a certain order in case that product is no longer found in its current current offer.
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT and do not include delivery charges, unless expressly stated on the website. The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that established at the time of order confirmation as a firm order, or, in the case of orders with online payment directly by card, this price will be the one published on the website at the time of purchase.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may have the wrong prices on the site, erroneously determined by our IT application.
Under these conditions, the final price accepted by the customer by making the payment is always considered.
If the actual price of the product is higher than the price displayed on the website, our sales consultants are entitled to satisfy your request to deliver the product to you at the price published on the website , only to the extent that we will be able to do so, as you are also entitled to refuse that order. If the actual price is lower than the price published on the website, and you have paid the price in advance, the difference will be returned to you as mutually agreed, but not later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the product .
DORELA IEPAN does not provide any guarantee, either expressly or implicitly, regarding including, but not limited to, the operation of this website, the information, the correctness descriptions, updating content, products on the site as well as their suitability for a specific purpose.
The user expressly agrees that the use of this site and the purchase of related products or services is at his own risk, the only exception being the obligation of DORELA IEPAN to grant users the right to unilaterally terminate the contract according to the legislation in force, as detailed below in this document. The images published on the website are for example, and the delivered products may differ from the images presented in any way (color, accessories, appearance, etc.).
The Customer / Buyer can place Orders on the Website by adding the desired Goods and/or Services to the shopping cart and then finalizing the Order by making payment through one of the expressly indicated methods. Once added to the shopping cart, a Good is available for purchase as long as there is stock available. Adding a Good to the shopping cart without completing the Order does not result in the registration of an order, and therefore, no automatic reservation of the Good.
By finalizing the Order, the Buyer consents that all data provided by them, necessary for the purchase process, is correct, complete, and true at the time of placing the Order. The Buyer consents to the Seller contacting them by any means available/agreed upon by the Seller in any situation where contacting the Buyer is necessary.
The Seller may cancel the Order placed by the Buyer following prior notification to the Buyer, without any further obligation to either party, and without either party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
For digital products such as subscriptions, webinars, video modules, workshops, e-books, audio materials, individual sessions, the amounts paid are non-refundable. For more details on online or on-site workshops, the refund is made according to the conditions on the Return Policy page.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, i.e., to return a physical Good, within a period of 14 calendar days in accordance with the law, without invoking any reason and without incurring any additional costs. The 14-day period is calculated from the day the Buyer physically takes possession of the last Good or piece (in the case of the delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces).
If the Customer / Buyer requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, they must also return any gifts that accompanied the respective product. If the Order is paid, the Seller will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Buyer informs the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the Contract. The refund will be made as follows:
The Seller may postpone the refund until the receipt of the sold Goods or until the receipt of proof that they have been shipped.
If a physical Good ordered by the Buyer cannot be delivered by the Seller, the latter will inform the Customer / Buyer of this fact and will refund the Buyer’s account the value of the Good within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of this fact or from the date on which the Buyer expressly expressed their intention to terminate the Contract.
In accordance with the law, contracts for the provision of services are excluded from the right of withdrawal after the complete provision of the services if the execution has begun with the prior express agreement of the consumer and after the consumer has confirmed that they are aware that they will lose the right of withdrawal after the complete execution of the contract by the professional.
If the courses you have enrolled in have not started, or if you have purchased a package of courses from which only part of the courses have been conducted, and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your unequivocal intention by email at contact@dorelaiepan.com. Please provide us with your complete details, the courses you wish to withdraw from, and their respective prices. Additionally, if you choose the reimbursement method for the amount paid into your account, please provide the necessary bank details.
In the shortest time possible, you will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal request via email. The withdrawal request will only be accepted if you adhere to a period of 14 calendar days from the registration date, and if the withdrawal request is communicated at least 2 hours before the start of the course you intend to withdraw from.
For courses purchased on the website, delivery consists of receiving an email notification confirming the purchase, shortly (maximum 1 hour) after the payment is registered. Please check your email, including the Spam/Junk/Promotions folder.
The link to access the course, along with login details for course participation and additional information required for access, will be sent via email at least 4 hours before the scheduled course date. For pre-recorded courses, access to materials is immediate upon payment for the specified course duration.
The Seller undertakes to deliver physical products through a door-to-door courier system to the Buyer. The Seller will ensure proper packaging of the Goods and will provide accompanying documents.
The DELIVERY TIME for products within Romania is between 2-5 working days. For products delivered outside the country, the delivery time may exceed 5 working days.
DORELA IEPAN reserves the right to confirm orders before fulfilling them by contacting customers.
Receipt of the products constitutes the customer’s acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition. The invoice/receipt constitutes the sales/purchase contract according to the current Romanian legislation. The customer explicitly agrees upon signing the delivery document that they have received the product(s) in accordance with the order and their needs.
DORELA IEPAN reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be fulfilled for independent reasons, including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events according to Romanian law.
The maximum value of damages that can be paid by DORELA IEPAN to any customer in the case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the value of the amount collected by DORELA IEPAN from that customer.
The courses available through the website are detailed on the site. All information related to the course, such as price, location, and instructors, can be accessed by selecting the desired course.
To enroll in the available courses, please select the course you wish to participate in by clicking the “Enroll in Course” button next to each course. After clicking the enrollment button, you will need to go through all the steps indicated on the site and correctly fill in all the information and data requested in the open windows.
The enrollment will be considered completed upon your full payment of the desired course price through one of the payment methods presented on the site.
Please note that for enrollment in selected courses, you are obligated to provide valid and correct data. You are fully responsible for keeping safe any information regarding course registration and for any operation and/or payment made by you using the site.
At the same time, by enrolling in the course, you expressly consent that DORELA IEPAN may contact you by any available means to transmit any details regarding the selected course.
The price, payment method, and payment term are specified in each Order. Prices are expressed in EURO and are displayed on the site next to each product.
Payment for products and services ordered from the dorelaiepan.com website can be made by card payment or in advance by bank transfer, following the payment steps and instructions provided during the payment process.
Payment for membership-type subscriptions is made in full for the subscription period, prior to access, by card payment or bank transfer, according to the details in the offer. In the case of payment by bank transfer, access will be granted only after the corresponding amount is received into our bank account.
We inform you that we are not responsible for the incorrect processing of payments. We are not responsible for errors recorded through the payment system, including but not limited to losses you may suffer using the card payment system.

The Seller will issue an invoice to the Buyer for the Goods and Services delivered, and the Buyer is obligated to provide all the necessary information for issuing the invoice in accordance with the current legislation.
For proper communication of the invoice related to the Order, the Buyer has the obligation to update, whenever necessary, the data in their Account and to access the information and documents related to each Order, available in the Account.
By placing the Order, the Buyer expresses their agreement to receive invoices in electronic format by adding them by DORELA IEPAN to their Account via email, at the email address mentioned in their Account.
When making a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method does not work, and you still receive access to the enrolled course, you agree to pay the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of receiving the notification from us. We reserve the right to deactivate access to any course for which we have not received the corresponding payment.
The payment card details of the Client/User/Buyer will not be accessible to DORELA IEPAN and will not be stored by DORELA IEPAN, but only by the Transaction authorization institution, the identity of which the Client/User/Buyer will be informed about before entering the data.
The Seller will send the Buyer the invoice for the Order containing Goods and/or Services sold by DORELA IEPAN.
For advance payment, proof of payment must be sent to Dorela Iepan at the email address contact@dorelaiepan.com. In the case of advance payment, delivery will be made only after the money has been received into the DORELA IEPAN account.
The ordered products must be paid in full; otherwise, delivery will not be made. DORELA IEPAN reserves the right to request payment for products in advance in certain cases.
For security reasons of the Transactions, the Client/User/Buyer is advised not to remain logged into the Site and not to set the automatic login option on mobile devices. Disclosing the access password to the account is not allowed, and using a strong security password is recommended (e.g., containing at least eight characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).
The entire content of the dorelaiepan.com website – images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphic elements, emails, scripts, programs, and other data are the property of DORELA IEPAN and its providers and are protected by the Law for the Protection of Copyrights (Law no. 8/1996) and laws regarding intellectual and industrial property. The Client/Buyer may copy, transfer, and/or use the Content only for personal or non-commercial purposes, only if they do not conflict with the provisions of this Document.
No Content transmitted to the Client or Buyer, by any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or acquired by them through access, visit, and/or viewing constitutes a contractual obligation from DORELA IEPAN and/or its employee who mediated the transfer of Content, if such exists, regarding that Content.
Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Document or the accompanying terms of use, if any, is prohibited.
Ownership of the Goods will be transferred upon delivery, after payment by the Buyer in the location specified in the Order (understanding by delivery – signing the transport document provided by the courier or signing the receipt on the tax invoice in the case of deliveries made by the Seller’s personnel).
In order to access and use certain sections of the website, it may be necessary to create a personal account. By this, you declare that you fully assume responsibility for all and any activities carried out through the account you open on the site, and, consequently, we advise you to ensure the security of your account password or other access data. In case the security of your account is compromised, you must immediately notify the administrator of the site. Dorela Iepan is not responsible for any damages caused to you or to third parties of any kind through the unauthorized use of the account.

For justified reasons, DORELA IEPAN reserves the right to restrict the access of the Customer/Buyer to place an Order and/or to some of the accepted payment methods if it considers that, based on the conduct or activity of the Customer/Buyer on the Site, their actions could prejudice DORELA IEPAN in any way. In any of these cases, the Customer/Buyer can contact the Customer Relations Department of DORELA IEPAN to be informed about the reasons that led to the application of the aforementioned measures.
Communication with the Seller can be done through direct interaction with the Seller or through the addresses mentioned in the “contact” section of the Site. The Seller has the freedom to manage the received information without being required to provide justifications for this.
DORELA IEPAN may publish on the Site information about Goods and/or Services and/or promotions practiced by it for a certain period of time and within the limit of available stock.
All fees related to Goods and/or Services presented on the Site are expressed in EURO and include all taxes.
In the case of online payments, the Seller is not/cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Buyer, including, but not limited to, currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of their card, in case its currency differs from EURO. The responsibility for this action lies solely with the Buyer.
All information used to describe Goods and/or Services available on the Site (static/dynamic images, multimedia presentations, etc.) does not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller; they are used exclusively for presentation purposes.

Your dissatisfaction will be recorded, and you will receive a written response to the email address provided when expressing your dissatisfaction, within a maximum of 30 days.
You are obligated not to make these dissatisfactions public (on social networks, media, private party discussions, or in any other way) under the condition of bearing the damages caused for the reputational harm to the Company through these actions.
Any complaint must be filed within a maximum of one month from the date of reporting the complained situation.
All Goods sold by DORELA IEPAN benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the current legislation and the commercial policies of the manufacturers.
To request a warranty, it is necessary to present the defective product in its original packaging, along with the relevant accessories and a copy of the invoice. In the event that the products arrive without these documents, the warranty may not be processed, and the products may be returned to the requester/ sender.
The Customer can unilaterally terminate the contract with dorelaiepan.com without stating a reason, within 14 working days, and can return the product(s) within the same 14 days.
Thus, the products purchased from the dorelaiepan.com website can be returned according to the law, within 14 working days from their receipt through courier.
Before returning the product, it is mandatory to notify by phone or email contact@dorelaiepan.com the intention to return one or more products.
The product will be returned only if it is in perfect condition, unused, without scratches, etc., in the original packaging, with the related accessories.
Also, NO returns are accepted for products that show physical changes, impacts, chipping, scratches, shocks, etc. Products must be returned exclusively by express courier. Returns by Romanian Post are not accepted. The cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer.
The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice / fiscal receipt, which is either sent by email to contact@dorelaiepan.com, or sent with the return package.
DORELA IEPAN will refund the value of the products within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receiving the return. The refunded amount does not include shipping costs.
The return of products is subject to this law only for products that are delivered to customers by courier services. Orders that have been picked up in person are not considered distance selling but rather sales through specialized stores, as they can be viewed, checked, and accepted in person, as suitable for the customer’s purpose and needs.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for any damages that the Buyer or any third party may suffer as a result of the Seller fulfilling any of its obligations according to the Order and for damages resulting from the use of Goods and Services after delivery, especially for their loss.
By creating and using the Account, the Customer/User/Buyer assumes responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account data (username and password) and for managing access to the Account, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is responsible for the activity carried out through their Account.
By creating the Account and/or using the Content and/or placing Orders, the Customer/User/Buyer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Site in the latest updated version communicated within the Site, existing at the date of creating the Account and/or using the Content and/or at the date of placing the Order.
The Terms and Conditions of the Site can be modified at any time by DORELA IEPAN, and these are opposable to Customers/Users/Buyers from the date of display in the Online Store. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Site is confirmed by checking the corresponding checkbox on the Site and/or by submitting the Order and/or by making an online payment.
Ownership of the Goods will be transferred upon delivery, after the Buyer’s payment at the location specified in the Order (understanding delivery as the signing of the transport document provided by the courier or signing the receipt on the invoice in the case of deliveries made by the Seller’s staff).

DORELA IEPAN cannot be held responsible for any errors on the site, regardless of the reasons for their occurrence, including changes to the site, settings, or updates to scheduled scripts. None of the parties shall be responsible for the non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance, on time and/or properly, in whole or in part, is due to an event of force majeure. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties, and which cannot be avoided.
If, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of its occurrence, the respective event does not cease, each party shall have the right to notify the other party of the automatic termination of the Contract, without either of them being able to claim any further damages.
This Contract is subject to French law. Any disputes arising between DORELA IEPAN and Clients / Buyers will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent French judicial authorities in the Municipality of Meaux.
Any other issue caused by the products and services presented on dorelaiepan.com and not already addressed by any article in this document will be resolved amicably within 30 working days from the written notification of the issues by the User.
In case the conflict has not been settled amicably, jurisdiction belongs to the French courts or an alternative dispute resolution body agreed upon by both parties. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of using the dorelaiepan.com website, the customer fully assumes the consequences arising from the use of the site under these conditions.
