II.1. If you choose to create a user account on the Site using your Facebook or Google account, Dorela Iepan will process the following public profile data displayed by the respective applications: username, email address.

If you choose to create a user account only before completing an order for a product available on the Site, your email address will be requested, and an account will be automatically created based on it. If you do not complete the order, the email address and other provided data will not be stored by Dorela Iepan, and the created account will be automatically deleted.

IV. Duration of Data Processing

As a principle, Dorela Iepan will process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationships and subsequently in accordance with the legal obligations of Dorela Iepan (e.g., in the case of financial and accounting documents for which the legal retention period is 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were drawn up).

If you are a customer and choose to delete your user account by pressing the Delete Account button in the My Account section, Dorela Iepan will interpret this action as your choice to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications keeping you informed about the products and services offered through the site. In this sense, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you emails and/or SMS of this kind. However, we want to inform you that deleting the account will not automatically delete your personal data. If you want your personal data to no longer be processed or if you want your data to be deleted, you can exercise your rights detailed in section VII below. If you request the deletion of the account but there is at least one active order on that account, the account deletion request will only be recorded after the products are delivered and the last active order is completed.

If you withdraw your consent for data processing for marketing purposes, Dorela Iepan will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out by Dorela Iepan based on the consent expressed by you before its withdrawal.

• the right of access to data, namely the right to obtain confirmation from Dorela Iepan regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details regarding processing activities such as how data is processed, the purpose of processing, recipients or categories of data recipients, etc;
• the right to rectification, namely the right to obtain, without undue delay, the rectification by Dorela Iepan of inaccurate/unjustified personal data and the completion of incomplete data; Rectification/completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data was transmitted, except when this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
• the right to erasure of data, without undue delay (“the right to be forgotten”), in case one of the following reasons applies:
  • they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
  • in case consent is withdrawn, and there is no other legal basis for processing;

It is possible that, following the request for data deletion, Dorela Iepan may anonymize this data (thereby removing its personal character) and continue processing it for statistical purposes:
