Self – love

This week I propose you three exercises that will allow you to discover yourself differently:
1) Look at yourself in the mirror every morning, smile and be happy to see you smiling today!
2) Daily write a list of everything you do, these are your successes, you are the one who has done so much, every day! Write at least 5 achievements every evening!
3) Every evening think gratefully of a good thing you have done for yourself and / or someone else!
