Group workshops are a great way to start your journey of emotional healing and transformation, as well as a good way to maintain your well-being. You can participate only in group workshops, with themes chosen that are relevant to most people in the community, or you can combine them with private sessions<\/a>, where you work on very specific situations in your life.<\/p>

Group workshops are very valuable because, during one session, more than 30 emotions are released. Considering that in a 1-on-1 session between 7 and 14 emotions are released, you can understand why the cleansing in the group workshops feels so intense and how the results sometimes come instantly.<\/p>

All workshops contain a combination of techniques (Coaching, Emotion Code \/ Body Code \/ Belief Code, EFT, Meditation).<\/p>

The workshops are held online and last 60 minutes. All workshops are recorded, and access to the recordings is available only to subscribers<\/a> or those who have purchased access to the recordings<\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

What techniques are used in the workshops?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The structure of the workshops has been permanently improved over time, based on the feedback of the participants, now reaching the perfect form, in my opinion, so that you can get the most of the benefits in the time allotted.<\/p>

All workshops contain a combination of techniques (coaching, emotion code\/body code, EFT, meditation) but one of them is dominant. Therefore, you can choose the workshops to attend according to the topic of interest or according to the main technique (Emotion Code, EFT, Body Code).<\/p>

Each workshop starts with a few questions that you will answer in writing, in your diary (no need to share in chat). These questions are intended to bring attention to the topic of the Workshop, to help you evaluate the emotions related to the written things (before and after the workshop), but also to set your intention as correctly as possible related to the releases that are about to happen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u269c\ufe0f Emotion Code Workshops<\/strong>: In these sessions, we focus on releasing trapped, unresolved emotions. You simply relax while I identify the specific emotions to be cleared. Once identified, you initiate the release process with a simple motion using your hand or a magnet. The session will consist of multiple rounds with short breaks in between. To conclude, we will perform a brief EFT exercise followed by a meditation designed specifically for the workshop\u2019s theme, leaving you feeling lighter and more aligned.<\/p>

\u269c\ufe0f EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Workshops<\/strong>: During our EFT workshops, we use tapping techniques to release emotional blocks in alignment with the specific theme of the session. We\u2019ll recite affirmations while tapping on designated energy points on the body, allowing you to clear emotional pathways and reinforce positive beliefs.<\/p>

\u269c\ufe0f Body Code Workshops<\/strong>: These workshops are unique and dynamic, with no pre-set theme. Instead, we address specific issues brought up by 2 or 3 participants chosen from the group. We\u2019ll work through these issues together, clearing any energetic imbalances that arise. Even if you are not working live, you\u2019ll benefit from the energetic releases thanks to the powerful bystander effect. Those who wish to work live will be selected randomly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
