Lists can be:<\/p>\n<ul><li><p>Public: any Customer \/ Buyer \/ User can view the Buyer \/ User List if he has shared it on social networks or if they access the public profile of the Buyer \/ User on the Site. This notification is made electronically (e-mail) or by telephone.<\/p>\n<p>For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of Goods and\/or Services in the Order. If it changes the amount of Goods and\/or Services in the Order, it will notify the Buyer at the e-mail address or phone number provided to the Seller when placing the Order and will return the amount paid, if there is a difference in favor of the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p>The contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer at the moment the Seller confirms the payment for the products or services ordered by the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p>The document and information made available by the Seller on the Site will form the basis of the Contract for the purchased Goods and Services.<\/p>\n<p>By placing the Order and making the payment, the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions. For this reason, <strong>DORELA IEPAN<\/strong> assumes the right not to honor a certain order in case that product or service is no longer found in its current offer.<\/p>\n<p>Prices shown are final: the Seller is not a VAT payer and does not charge VAT. The price printed on the invoice will be the same as that established at the time of order confirmation as a firm order, or, in the case of orders with online payment directly by card, this price will be the one published on the website at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may have the wrong prices on the site, erroneously determined by our IT application.<\/p>\n<p>Under these conditions, the final price accepted by the customer by making the payment is always considered.<\/p>\n<p>If the actual price of the product is higher than the price displayed on the website, our sales consultants are entitled to satisfy your request at the price published on the website, only to the extent that we will be able to do so, as you are also entitled to refuse that order. Once added to the shopping cart, a product is available for purchase as long as it is available. Adding a product to the shopping cart without completing the Order does not result in the registration of an order, and therefore, no automatic reservation of the product.<\/p>\n<p>By finalizing the Order, the Buyer consents that all data provided by them, necessary for the purchase process, is correct, complete, and true at the time of placing the Order. The Buyer consents to the Seller contacting them by any means available\/agreed upon by the Seller in any situation where contacting the Buyer is necessary.<\/p>\n<p>The Seller may cancel the Order placed by the Buyer following prior notification to the Buyer, without any further obligation to either party, and without either party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul><li><p>non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Buyer\u2019s card transaction in the case of online payment;<\/p><\/li><li><p>invalidation of the transaction by the payment processor agreed upon by the Seller in the case of online payment;<\/p><\/li><li><p>data provided by the Client \/ Buyer on the Site is incomplete and\/or incorrect;<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\n<p>For digital products and services (subscriptions, webinars, video modules, workshops, e-books, audio materials, individual sessions), the Buyer may withdraw within 14 calendar days of the order, as explained in the section Withdrawal and refunds. The right of withdrawal is lost once the supply of the digital content or the performance of the service has started with the Buyer\u2019s prior express consent and acknowledgement. For more details on online or on-site workshops, the refund is made according to the conditions in the same section.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the law, contracts for the provision of services are excluded from the right of withdrawal after the complete provision of the services if the execution has begun with the prior express agreement of the consumer and after the consumer has confirmed that they are aware that they will lose the right of withdrawal after the complete execution of the contract by the professional.<\/p>\n<p>If the courses you have enrolled in have not started, or if you have purchased a package of courses from which only part of the courses have been conducted, and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your unequivocal intention by email at contact@dorelaiepan.com. Please provide us with your complete details, the courses you wish to withdraw from, and their respective prices. Additionally, if you choose the reimbursement method for the amount paid into your account, please provide the necessary bank details.<\/p>\n<p>In the shortest time possible, you will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal request via email.
